Basic Garment Sewing Series Ever wanted to sew your own clothes? Whether you're picking up a needle for the very first time or dusting off skills you haven't used in a while, this is your class! A monthly deep-dive into the basics. This 6-part series meets once a month to keep you stitching all season long! In Basic Garment Sewing, you'll build a solid foundation in everything you need to start creating garments you'll actually love to wear — and maybe even make a few for the people you love, too. What You'll Learn Sewing tools & tips — get confident with your machine and must-have notions Fabrics & weaves — learn to pick the right fabric for the right project Cutting like a pro — master grain lines and cutting techniques Reading & using patterns — take the mystery out of those pattern envelopes Garment construction — pressing, stitching, and putting it all together A finished project — walk out with something you made with your own two hands!

UFO/Open Project Morning Session

A time to get together with your community of quilters and work on snags and or open projects! This course is offered on select days and times each month to provide you the opportunity to work on UFO's or other projects, spend time with friends, and share what you are working on. QBQ staff will be available during each session to assist with any questions you have on your project.
